What's it worth? Appraisal of Empire China portrait plate #623

AW says:  That’s a circa 1890s “portrait” plate by empire china. You’re is exceptional in that the condition is in very high grade, and the subject is beautiful, which makes it among the most desirable examples for this type of plate.

These Empire portrait plates were commissioned by numerous artists, and your correct, that your’s is marked E. Vettori. The plate was made in Austria.
