What's it Worth? Appraisal of Civil War Era Newspaper

AW says: After studying the photos of your paper closely, I’m going to base my appraisal on the assumption that it’s legitimate. U.S. law would require that this be stamped “Reprint” somewhere on this if it were a reproduction after the 1960s.
If it were a reproduction it would almost certainly be reproduced after then.
However, this is one case where I will refer to a friend and collectible newspaper expert for a second opinion. If your paper is deemed to be a reprint I will adjust the appraisal and notify you immediately.
UPDATE: After checking with my newspaper expert he confirmed what I thought originally, this is not listed in a list of known re-printed papers and is likely an original Civil War paper.

Retail value: $250 -$400
(top price)
Wholesale value: $100-$150
(The mid range price you could expect to achieve at a well advertised live auction. The price that is most often realized)
Quick sale value: $75
The price your likely to get if you have to sell your item immediately and your prospective customer is aware of this.
